How I can help you

Beer doesn’t have to be “just another drink” on your menu or at your event.
Through beer consulting services in Sofia I help venues, companies and private clients use beer in a smarter way – as an experience, a story and a tool to create connection.

Below you’ll find an overview of how we can work together. All services are available in English, Italian and Bulgarian.

Beer consulting services for venues (pubs, restaurants, hotels)

If you run a bar, pub, restaurant or hotel, your beer offer is part of your identity. My role as beer consultant is to help you make it clearer, stronger and more profitable.

Tap list and bottle selection
Choosing beers that make sense for your concept and guests, not just “what’s available from distributors”.
Menu structure and pricing
Clear, understandable beer menus and pricing that support both sales and margins.
Staff training
Short, focused sessions so your team can talk about beer with confidence, without sounding like beer
Beer & food pairing
Pairings that work with your existing menu and are easy for your staff to recommend.
Events, tastings and special occasions
Designing tastings, tap takeovers, beer dinners and beer-focused catering for your most important events.

Ideal for you if:
– you feel your current beer list is “a bit random”;
– your staff is not confident selling or explaining beer;
– you want guests to remember your beer offer, not just your food.

Corporate beer programs & team-building in Bulgaria

If you manage an office or a team – particularly in the IT and tech world – beer can be more than “a few random cans in the fridge”.

I design structured beer experiences and internal programs that support culture, retention and team connection.

Team-building tastings at the office
Guided tastings and beer journeys tailored to your team, in English, Italian or Bulgarian.
Curated office beer selection
Rotating selection of bottles and cans or dedicated draft beer systems for internal use.
Tap systems, rotation and maintenance
Support with choosing equipment, planning rotations and keeping the system clean and reliable.
Feedback-based rotations
Simple surveys (monthly or quarterly) to understand what styles your team enjoys, what they’d like to try next and how to refine the offer over time.
Corporate events & celebrations
Beer catering and tasting corners for office parties, product launches and special occasions.

Ideal for you if:
– you want a benefit that feels curated and intentional, not just “free beer”;
– you care about atmosphere, team connection and how people feel about the workplace;
– you want someone to take full ownership of the beer side, not add more work to HR or office management.

Private tastings & beer experiences

For private groups, families or small circles of friends, I offer tailor-made beer experiences at home or in selected venues.

In-home tastings – I come to your home with a curated selection of beers, glasses and a clear tasting path.
Beer & food evenings – Dinners where each course is paired with a specific beer, with explanations that everyone can follow.
Themed tastings – For example: “Introduction to craft beer”, “European classics vs. modern styles”, “Dark beers and dessert”, and more.
Beer catering for weddings, birthdays and private events – Tailor-made beer selections, glassware and service to match your menu, guests and budget.
Gift experiences – Tastings as a special gift for birthdays, anniversaries or small celebrations.

Tastings can be held in Italian, English or Bulgarian, depending on your guests.

Ideal for you if you want something more meaningful than “just going out for a drink”, you’re curious about beer without needing a technical lecture, and you want your guests to have fun, learn something and discover new flavours.

Contract brewing & collaborations

Beyond service and consulting, I also work on beer as a product – through contract brewing and collaborations with selected breweries.

If you are a brewery, bar or brand that would like to develop a signature beer for your venue or community, co-create a limited release with a strong concept and story, or refine an existing recipe to better match a specific market, we can work together.

We can work on:
– recipe design or optimisation;
– raw material selection;
– sensory targets (aroma, flavour, mouthfeel);
– naming and positioning from a beer-culture perspective.

How I work

  1. Initial call or visit – We discuss who you are, who you serve and what you want to achieve with beer.
  2. Quick audit – I review your current beer offer, service and communication.
  3. Proposal – You receive 1–2 clear options with scope, timeline and price.
  4. Implementation – We work together on the agreed actions: training, tastings, selection, events, etc.
  5. Follow-up – We check what worked, what can be adjusted and whether it makes sense to continue.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit

If you have a venue, a team or a group of people and you feel beer could play a bigger role in their experience, let’s talk.
Send me a message through the Contact page and tell me:
– who you are and where you’re based;
– what kind of project you have in mind;
– what you’d like beer to do for your guests or your team.
I’ll get back to you with a few concrete options – no pressure, no hard sell.
